Eddie loves my Risotto. He will not eat Risotto at a restaurant because he says they don’t taste as good. Usually, I’ll make Risotto with Mushrooms or Risotto with Peas and Prosciutto (or bacon). When I saw this recipe I thought to myself “we like Spaghetti and Clam Sauce and we like Risotto, so I decided to try it.
